| Membership Application |
Membership in CDPA is open to paralegals/legal assistants, paralegal students and educators,
attorneys and law firms from the Capital District Region of New York. The membership period
is for one (1) year.
CDPA does not exclude or discriminate because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin,
age, physical handicaps or sexual orientation. However, any person who is incarcerated at the
time of application or who has been disbarred from the practice of law is not eligible for
membership.
